Each order comes with 850 grams of dough which makes approximately 4, 10" pizzas.
*Pizza dough comes frozen*
Organic bread flour, filtered water, organic leavening, hand milled hard white wheat flour, Redmond sea salt.
When ready to use, remove dough from the bag and let rest on a lightly floured surface for an hour or so. Stretch dough to desired size and add toppings of your choice!
